The black tom was angry and very distressed, his heart rate was beating hard. He had come back from the gathering. Although, it wasnt much of a gathering, it was more like a meeting of two clans instead of four. His coat rippled from his muscles as they tensed many times before heading towards his den.

He scented a cat before he passed through his vines and knew it was Miragesoul. He slumbered into his den and looked at Miragesoul sternly. All that happyness and that other emotion, what was it? Love? All of that had vanished. It was a gift to her and she did not take it willingly. So, he took it back and threw it away.

"What is your purpose in my den? Havent you caused enough trouble tonight."

Yep, Blackstar was back and maybe even worse. He was mad. He looked at the sitting she-cat and wondered what 'important' news she had for him? That she and that other warrior were mates? He wouldnt care about that. Not one bit. He sat down himself and waited for the she-cat to respond.

[/b] she paused tehn finished what she was going to say, They have no medicine cat and Fernstar is depressed because of it. We may be able to take some territory now. She knew Blackstar didn't trust her that much but she was also giving him a gift. She was as nice as he was to her untill now. She would be back to normal later on.[/color][/size][/ul]

Blackstar considered this, but, for some reason he disregarded it. He flicked his tail and thought it over yet again.

"Thank you Miragesoul, but, we do not need anymore land at the moment. I've seen invaders come towards our territory, They may be able to help us. Or, destroy us if we fight back, so If we have more cats, then we will attack."

He smiled and growled evily. For some reason Blackstar is having another change of heart. He went up to Miragesoul and started purring and licked her cheek.

"Now, do you want to go hunting with me?"

He mewed in a slightly harsh but trying to sound nice kinda tone. He brushed her pelt with his and headed out of the den and towards the entrance of the camp.

[/b] she hit him with her paw, laughing, as she ran through the shadows waiting for him to run after. She soon stopped and sat down. She curled her tail around herself and purred. She was acting like a young apprentice in love, she wasn't in love. Was she?[/color][/size][/ul]

Blackstar smiled and ran after her and plowed right over her and did this flip and landed on his back. He started laughing and then got up and looked at Miragesoul. He has never felt this way, since he usualy held grudges he could never hold a grudge on Miragesoul, he never knew why. But, he did know what he was going to say to her. And he wasnt going to show a weak side.

"Miragesoul? Will you be my mate?"

The strange part is he didnt stagger or waver while he said it. He said it perfectly. It was strange cause usually toms would waver or hesitate, but he didnt, and yet, me meant every word of it.

[/b] she smiled and licked his cheek. What will I tell Stormfrost? And the clan? She didn't care right now, all that mattered was her and Blackstar.[/color][/size][/ul]

Blackstar smiled to Miragesoul, he knew she was thinking about somthing over than him. His smile fadded and he looked at her.

"Whats wrong? Stormfrost?"

He guessed. He knew her heart was with two toms, but she didnt have to choose him over her. And, she also didnt seem to happy to say yes to him.

"If you like Stormfrost, then you should be with him."

He said. That was probably one of the most thoughtfull things he had ever said. Wheather or not she took it into consideration.

[/b] Miragesoul meant every word she said. She was surprised that Blackstar had been so considerate the past few moons, she had always wanted his spot. She may have killed him fo it, now that all seemed dumb and inconsiderate. She loved him and she woudl never kill him.[/color][/size][/ul]

Blackstar looked at her in happyness but also worried. She loved him. But, she could love Stormfrost too. He shrugged it off and licked her cheek.

Miragesoul rubbed her cheek against Blackstar. She did love him, She just didn't know how some cats would react to their love. She decided on one thing, "Blackstar, we should tell them all now." she said softly in his ear. She took her head away from his slowly and waited for the answer.

Blackstar nodded. Arlight my love. He stood up and walked out of his den.

Miragesoul smiled, she wanted to see the clan's reaction. Maybe it was good, maybe it wasn't.A day or two ago she thought Blackstar was sure he wasn't going to have a mate, but he must've changed his mind. She was very happy for that.
