"Sure why not?' Stormfrost asked blinking his big brown eyes. He wondered if it was the right thing to say. It would probably be what any other she-cat would have wanted, right? His whiskers twitched anxiously waiting for a reply.

Miragesoul smiled at the answer, she didn't say anything but she turned her head to the front. Miragesoul had nothing else to say, so she waited for his reply. Her muscles tensed while she waited.

After she didn't say anything for a while Stormfrost felt he should elaborate some more. He wasn't the best at impressing she-cats. "Well cause your very nice and um your very pretty?" the tom stuttered a bit confused

Miragesoul stopped, no tom has ever said that to her, they were all afraid to tell her. She waited for him to catch up, Thank you, no tom has ever said that to me. her face was frozen while she said this, but then she looked back and smiled.

"Uh, your welcome." Stormfrost nodded wondering if that was the right thing to say. He padded on along side Miragesoul. He listened to the crunch of pine needles as his paws walked over them

Miragesoul hissed, Fox dung! Miragesoul had just tripped into a snake hole. Her paw felt as if it was twisted the wrong way. But all over this, she didn't cry. They were only filled with them saying 'Help me'. She would never utter this out loud, only when she trusted the cat.

"Are you alright?" cried Stormfrost a little alarmed. He rushed forward to help her though he wasn't sure if she would let him. The dark brown tom nosed at Miragesoul's pelt,"Can you get up? Can you walk?" He wanted to make sure she wasn't hurt.

Her eyes were held tight now, I can't do either, I don't think I can walk back to camp. Miragesoul didn't mind being left alone but she wanted help, Could you run back and get Whitefeather or Whisperpaw? she let out a cry of pain, she had her paw out now but it was quickly swelling up and hurting more. I may be able to limp back. she explained.

"Here just hop on my back and I'll carry you back." Stormfrost suggested. Though he wasn't the strongest cat in the forest he was confindent that he could carry another cat.

Miragesoul wasn't to good with showing her weakness but she really had no choice, she went side ways [will show example at the bottom] on Stormfrost's back. She would hopefully recover soon.

The brown tom straightened up under Miragesoul's weight. Stormfrost started to walk stiffly, watching every where he put his paws so not to fall down as well. If he did fall Miragesoul would be tossed from his back or squished and he might end up hurt as well. Then how whould they get back to camp? "You ok so far?" he asked looking over his shoulder at the pretty she-cat.

Miragesoul sighed, Good, thank you again. they were coming close to the camp now. The sun became stronger and it warmed Miragesooul's tortoiseshell pelt. She tryed not to let to much wait go on Stormfrost, but her paw hurt like a burning fire.

Stormfrost sighed, happy that she was feeling a bit better. He stumbled once but not very hard and he quickly picked himself back up agian. He could see the camp just around a few bushes. Though he didn't say anything to Miragesoul he was relived he woudn't have to carry her much longer.
