Seapaw padded out of the apprentice den and yawned. Were was Rainstar, her mentor? Oh how much she wanted to go out a train today but she would not complain or whine like some other cats would. She decided that she would just be happy with having a mentor. She fluffed up her glossy grey pelt and began to groom it. She observed the white flecks that streaked her grey pelt here and there. Her whiskers twitched with boardum. There was nothing very interesting about them. Swiftly she padded over toward the fresh kill pile for some breakfast. She picked out a small field mouse and took it over by the apprentice den to eat it, alone.

Swallowleaf walked slowly towards Seapaw, 'I don't want to be a pain.. I hope you don't mind if I join you?" Swallowleaf knew that she had no prey so she slipped to the fresh kill pile, she noticed that it wa empty so she just went back to Seapaw and awaited an answer.

"Oh no I don't mind at all!" Seapaw meowed. She was quite glad not to be alone anymore. She bit into her mouse, chewed and swallowed before looking up at Swallowleaf and smiling sweetly. Perhaps if Rainstar was to busy to take her out training, Swallowleaf might.

Swallowleaf smiled she would wait for Seapaw to finish her meal. ' I think Rainstar would be fine for me to take you out for some training. I could take Skypaw with me also. " Swallowleaf sugested.

"Oh really!" Seapaw's eyes lit up with joy, "That would be wonderful! Where is Skypaw anyhow?" She looked around the camp for signs of her fellow apprenticeas she quickly tried to finish her mouse

Now that Swallowleaf thought of it, she hasn't seen her apprentice for a moon now. "I don't know to tell you the truth. Maybe we should ask Rainstar." she suggested.

Swallowleaf got to her paws and stretched out her short limbs, she looked like an apprentice, though she was a warrior. "Lets go see Rainstar then" she claimed.
