'Steelpool is my name,' the silver tom murmured. He took an uncertain step toward her, Mudstorm flashed a crooked grin and turned tail and ran. She ran off the edge of the Earth, she screamed and saw Steelpool and Stormcloud staring down at her with blank faces.
'Help me!' she screeched. On the way down she saw Rainefrost and the last look that he gave her that night; Confusion.
'No!' Mudstorm gasped as Rainefrost dissapeared from her periferal vision. Mudstorm inwardly cringed.
Life is over...
Stop breathing...
Bury yourself...
'AHHHHHHHH!'
Mudstorm bolted upright out of her confusing dream and sprinted out of the warriors den.
Mudstorm sighed as she walked slowly into the clearing. The tall trees made a seemingly impenetrable barrier and the thick cannopy that covered the sky. The sun making the green leaves sparkle, streaked green tints across the she-cat's body. Mudstorm sat in a patch of sunlight that got through the leafy cover and let the sun warm her pelt.
Moving her tail back and forth Mudstorm thought, and she thought. She was thinking about nothing in particular,
Rainefrost..
Steelpool..
Argh! Mudstorm shook her delicate brown head, Why must I think of them?
Oh and Muddie? Ya don't forget Stormcloud! He's with the party too!
ARGH! Mudstorm slashed aimlessly at the ground, trying to drown out her multiple emotions in anger. Just anger.
