The Prophecy.

He let our a loud mew so all the cats could gather around,he waited for evrey single cat.Atlast he may start.The white tom
lifted his head."I have seen what will come,"he growled."There are dark times ahead."He felt a stir of anxiety pass through the cats like wind rippling through reeds,but no cat dared to question jim out loud."Well?" he heard a cat demand when the silence had streched out for several heartbeats."Tell us what you mean,Crystaleye."
The white tom hesitated.He closed his eyes,and when he spoke his voice was deeper and quieter than befor,so that every cat had to strain to listen:"When a storm comes cats will die rising blood will egulf the rest, a battle of innocent cats will be held and only the right anwser can stop it."

[mudmask]

Mudkit gasped as she heard the news through the nursery's wall. "Crystaleye what does this mean"she thought anxiously!

[midnight]

Crystaleye shot a calm glance at mudkit,"I can't tell now but I will when I
get a clearer meassage from starclan."He stared down at the cats as if he was waiting for someone to talk.

Mudstorm narrowed her eyes,
"What are you doing on the high ledge? Even if it is important you have to have Fernstar give you permission to stand."
She had nothing against the tom, duty as a warrior and respect to the rules were important to her though, they have been for Mudstorm's entire life.
"And what of this dream? An answer will save us all?"
Losing her brother made Mudstorm a little more moody than usuall.

[midnight]

Crystaleye's neck fur bristled he stared at the tom deeply in his eyes,"What I do is none of you're concern,and I cannot answer you're question t'il I get a clearer meassage from starclan."He flattened his fur,"One day you will thank me for telling you this."He finally looked away from mudstorm and waited to see if any other cats protest.

"Exactly my point," she hissed back.
