"You're a natural climber! Ha! You and I could probably beat squirrels up this tree!" As Mudstorm spoke a squirrel climbed swiftly up the tree and it kicked a piece of bark on her mussle. She sneezed and a silly smile broke across her face, "Speak o' the Devil!" She started to climb even more awaiting Spottednose at the top most branch. "You know I thought that all my life I was happy with what I had already, a family, clan, beating squirrels!" She heard a series of snickers and biting. "But when I got you as a friend everything became more fun, more sorrowfull, more ... everything! So dearest friend I'll show you what I do after I climbing these trees..." Mudstorm flung herself off the branch onto the ground below.

Spottednose slipped down the tree after Mudstorm. She herself was not the best climber and was clawing away much of the bark. She almost slipped on one branch but she managed to climb back on and then jumped to the ground, landing with perfect ease. She bounced happily after her friend. "What are you going to show me?" she asked curiously.

"Well, first we need to find two flat boards that will hold our weight," Mudstorm spotted two, "Next we find ourselves a HUGE hill." She beckoned for Spottednose to follow her, "Then we sit on these," she pointed to the boards "and then we spin them as we go down." She chuckled, "You will feel a little bit dizzy once you're down there but trust me it's worth it!" Mudstorm pushed off the ground and started to spin she sped down the hill spinning, when she reached the bottom she lay on the ground laughing her tail off, "WOOOOHOOOO! THAT! Was fun! Spottednose! Come down!"

Spottednose put one paw on the broad testily, then another and then the other. Before she had her last paw on the broad it started to slide down. grabbing onto the board with all her might. Spottednose began to spin faster and faster as she raced to the bottom. Suddenly the board it a rock and Spottednose was sent flying of the board and rolled the rest of the way down. The she-cat lay on the grass dazed for a moment before she started to laugh with joy.

Mudstorm stopped laughing and just lay looking at the clouds, "Ma, hope you can see me now," she purred. The grass started to sway and tickle Mudstorm's pelt, she felt a paw prodding her stomach so she bolted right up thinking it was her mother, but sadly. It wasn't. "Oh Ma..." she sighed.
